Please share these documents with everyone you know that has a vaccine damaged love one (person or pet), as well as the various “anti-vaccine” groups who do not speak the truth about vaccines being bioweapons. Especially now, as Obamacare threatens anyone who does not sign up for health “insurance”. By requiring inoculations to maintain health insurance, the slave work units who have done their homework and know that the vaccines are dangerous will submit to the needle. On 2/3/13, investigative journalist Christina England was my guest on www.republicbroadcasting.org to discuss her article posted at http://vactruth.com/2013/01/25/paralyzed-symptoms-in-head regarding how the African government is stating that children paralyzed after a meningitis vaccine are not truly paralyzed; it is “all in their head”. The ongoing investigation into this case has brought to light the total corruption and fraud involved in creation of vaccines and cover up of their side effects in the test subjects. This is a biological assault, and those responsible are just as guilty of assault as a thug on the street who hits you over the head with a club (such thugs often wearing a uniform).

I am going to enumerate in the rest of this newsletter the documents and websites that I would access if I were you to use should a state sponsored terrorist threaten you as to the consequences of not accepting inoculation with dis-ease. Ultimately, these documents could be used to show what these vaccination programs are really about (i.e., de-population)…of course, since all agencies that are supposed to be protecting us from terrorism on the people in the form of so many chemical and biological assaults are actually conspiring to cover it up with the perpetrators/traitors, our problem is how to proscecute the guilty. Document # 1: WHO AEFI INVESTIGATION GUIDELINES [AEFI = adverse event following immunization] available at

I suggest you enlarge the “suggested steps” in an AEFI evaluation detailed on page 2 so that you can actually read it. This flow chart is the only one I have ever seen which details how an investigation into a vaccine reaction is supposed to be carried out. 2 things stick out; most importantly, that these guidelines are almost never followed; and secondly, that everything possible is done to assure that a determination of “coincidence” is obtained. Also, “programme error” is mentioned as though it is a reason to excuse vaccine reactions. This designation is used in cases where they determine that improper practices in storing and handling of vaccines at the facility where the inoculations are being given are blamed for the reaction. Since there is no way to document how the vaccinators are storing their bioweapons, this by itself is reason to stop these vaccine programs.

“(2) A report under paragraph (1) respecting a vaccine shall include the time periods after the administration of such vaccine within which vaccine-related illnesses, disabilities, injuries, or conditions, the symptoms and manifestations of such illnesses, disabilities, injuries, or conditions, or deaths occur, and the manufacturer and lot number of the vaccine. “ I have tried for years to get a list of these “vaccine related illnesses, disabilities, injuries, and conditions where deaths occur” from the CDC (who included this document in their publication # 99-6194, May 4, 2000 entitled “Vaccine Information Statements: What you Need to Know”.) Almost 13 years later, I have received no response.

“1972 WHO Bulletin 47, No 2 Memordanda #1 and #2 Virus-associated immunopathology: Animal models and implications for human disease * technically outline the ability to create biological weapons in the form of vaccines that:

i1) First totally disable the Immune System.

2) Load every cell of the Victim’s body up with Infection.

3) Switch the Immune System on causing the host to kill themselves in a Cytokine Storm.

One, Two, Three, Dead. This is a crucial piece of evidence of WHO’s long-term genocidal intentions that could stand in any court of law because these memorandums give the best and fullest explanation of WHO’s affiliated labs (such as the CDC’s) current activities, such as their patenting of the most lethal bird flu viruses, sending that virus to Baxter’s subsidiary in Austria, which weaponized it and sent out 72 kilos to 16 labs in four countries almost triggering a global pandemic.

For every crime, there needs to be motive, an indication that it was deliberate, planned. The WHO memorandums provide the evidence of just that deliberate, long-term planning to kill people by weakening their immune system by use of the first vaccine, injecting a live virus into their body by a second, and creating a cytokine storm using squalene in a third.”

The cover-up of these vaccine induced epidemics is aiding and abetting crimes against humanity.
